Stake mobile access explained
Treat the PWA, casino app and sportsbook app as different options rather than one universal download.
Stake uses more than one mobile format. The PWA is the simplest cross-platform option: it is the mobile website installed as a home-screen app. Nigerian Apple users can also find separate casino and sportsbook apps under the Stake.com developer account.
Stake PWA on iPhone and iPad
- Open the configured Stake destination in Safari.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name and add the icon.
The icon opens Stake in an app-like window. It uses the same account, wallet and product areas as the mobile service.
Stake PWA on Android
- Open Stake in a mobile browser.
- Open the three-dot browser menu.
- Select Install app or Add to Home Screen.
- Open the new icon and sign in normally.
This option does not require downloading an APK from another website. If an APK destination is not supplied by Stake in the session you opened, do not construct one or use an unofficial mirror.
Stake apps in the Nigerian App Store
The Stake.com developer account lists separate products for casino, sports and poker. The sportsbook listing covers pre-match and live betting, bet tracking, notifications and selected live streams. The casino listing covers casino categories and also references sportsbook access.
Because the listings are separate, confirm the product name and the developer before installing. Store size, version and compatibility change over time; use the details displayed by the Nigerian App Store on your device.
Account and payment checks

The home-screen icon is only a shortcut to the service. It does not create a second account, change the selected currency or bypass identity checks.
Security checks before signing in
Open the configured destination first and check it before entering a password, passkey or one-time code. Do not approve a device prompt you did not initiate. If a saved PWA shortcut stops opening correctly, return through the configured destination and create a fresh shortcut instead of searching for a mirror or package file.
